This Privacy Policy explains how Axuro Mobile Tyres Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our services or visit our website.

Data controller: Axuro Mobile Tyres Ltd is the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. We do not require or intentionally collect special category data (such as health information, biometric data, or information about religious or political beliefs).

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact details: name, address, email, phone number.
  • Booking details: vehicle registration, tyre size, location and service preferences.
  • Payment details: payments are processed securely by third‑party payment providers (such as Stripe and, where offered, Klarna). We do not store card numbers. These providers may collect and process payment information (such as card details), billing address, and transaction identifiers.
  • Website data: cookies/analytics, IP address, device and browser information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To improve our website, services and customer experience.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We process personal data on the basis of contract (to provide services), legitimate interests (to run and improve our business), legal obligation, and consent where required (e.g. certain marketing).

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Trusted service providers (e.g. Stripe and, where offered, Klarna for payment processing, IT hosting, tyre suppliers) under contract.
