By booking or receiving any service from Axuro Mobile Tyre Fitting (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“you”, “your”, “the customer”) agree to the terms below.


1. Services Offered

We provide mobile tyre fitting, puncture repair, tyre replacement and related services at customer‑specified locations. All work is subject to availability, site accessibility and safe working conditions.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings must be made via our website, phone or other authorised channels.
  • Accurate details of your vehicle, tyre size and location are essential.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, extra charges or cancellation.
  • Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen issues (e.g. seized wheels, missing locking wheel‑nut keys, difficult access, out‑of‑hours service).
  • Unless agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the service.
  • We may request a deposit before confirming a booking, particularly for emergency call‑outs. Any deposit paid will be deducted from the final invoice.

4. Cancellations & Call‑Out Fees

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid a call‑out fee.

A call‑out fee may apply if:

  • our technician cannot complete the job due to incorrect/incomplete information;
  • the location is unsafe or inaccessible; or
  • no one is present at the agreed time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Park the vehicle in a safe, flat and accessible area with clear working space.
  • Provide necessary special tools, including the locking wheel‑nut key if fitted.
  • Disclose any known issues that may affect the work (e.g. damaged alloys, previous repair attempts).

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Tyres are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • We provide a 7‑day workmanship guarantee from the date of fitting.
  • We accept no liability for:
    • pre‑existing faults, corrosion or seized components;
    • tyre wear or failure due to alignment, suspension or misuse;
    • losses from delays, cancellations or incomplete service beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

7. Emergency Call‑Outs

We provide a 24‑hour emergency call‑out service. Response times may vary due to location, traffic or demand, but we will always aim to reach you as quickly as possible. Emergency call‑outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

For emergency call‑outs, a deposit may be required before we dispatch a technician. This deposit secures your booking and is credited against the total service cost.

8. Data Protection

We collect and store your details solely to deliver our services and communicate with you. We do not share your information with third parties without consent unless required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
